Why will this help my training?

In order to see progress with your body, you need to put it under stress and in terms of fitness the stress will be weight training.

However many people and I used to be one of these used to either do one of 2 things wrong with their workouts:

  • Increasing the weight too often, leading to overtraining or even injury

  • Lifting the same weight for the same reps each week

This leads to either your body not being exposed to enough stress for it to change or too much stress where it becomes too much for your body

The Double Progression Method

This is the method that I will teach you which will allow your body to adapt to continued stress without overtraining and therefore accelerate the progress that you're wanting to see.
